The successful candidate will greet visitors, answer phones, and provide general administrative support.
This position requires excellent customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will also have experience with data entry, scheduling appointments, maintaining a calendar, answering residents' questions and providing an unparalleled resident experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
Provide basic information about the company to visitors and callers.
Schedule appointments and meetings as requested.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
Maintain an accurate log of visitors and callers.
Ensure that all visitors sign in upon arrival.
Answer and process incoming calls.
